Payment Requirements
All programs and services offered by Robert Merlo begin with an upfront Career Clarity Call to confirm alignment and ensure the selected program is the right fit. After the Career Clarity Call, a specific program or service is chosen. Payment in full is required before the program begins, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payment secures your place in the program, reserves scheduling availability, and allows work to begin. No sessions, materials, or deliverables will be provided until payment has been received.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Robert Merlo does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Wix Payments accepts the following payment methods:

By submitting payment, you authorize Robert Merlo to charge the selected payment method for the agreed-upon program or service.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to complete a program after it has started, a partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Refunds are based on the portion of the program not yet delivered

Sessions already completed, work already performed, and time already reserved are non-refundable

Any materials, documents, or resources already provided are considered delivered

Approved refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the program, less any non-refundable components.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled:

Completed advisory sessions

Missed sessions without advance notice

Career Clarity Calls

Strategy documents or written deliverables once provided

Reserved time not used due to client no-show or late cancellation
Program Completion and Scheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions within the agreed program timeframe. Sessions not scheduled or completed within that timeframe may be forfeited without refund unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Requests to cancel or reschedule sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without proper notice may be considered completed and are not eligible for refund.
